pull-up Card

Hello. I have made another Pull-Up card for a friend..I had cortisone in my hip yesterday (school holidays here)so have to rest 48hrs (NO HOUSEWORK!!)....Next school holidays I will be having the neck done again-can't wait...Loz

I love this card - especially with the name. I have made one of these cards - not really card but thought provoking and a little time consuming. Hope the injection helps the hip. I've been in therapy for 2 months for my neck and I think I am going to have to go get a cortisone injection. UGH
