Perpetual Calendar

I have decided to make a perpetual calendar as I keep forgetting birthday's.. I have made the 12 Tags for each month and added some flowers and the month's birthstone at the bottom. I now  have to make a box to put them in..I found the free download for the blank calendar here...Loz
