Tutorial for promarker gift Box

Hi. This is the instructions for the copic/promarker gift box.. I have just given the instructions for the basic box.. Decorate it as you like....

Box Base- Cut piece card 40cm X 13cm.

Score at 15cm, 16 1/2cm, 32cm, 33 1/2cm.

inside container..Cut a piece CS 17cm X 13cm.

from top score 3cm.

from bottom score at 1 1/2 cm and 3cm.

from both sides score at 1 1/2cm and 3cm.

cut out tabs as shown in picture and fold in.

Glue top 3cm piece inside. attach this to the inside of the box leaving enough room at top for the copics to fit.

TAB- Cut a piece of CS 10cm X 3cm.. Attach to the top flap and use a piece of velcro to attach to close...Loz

Christmas Lantern

Hi. This is a Christmas Lantern I made from a TUTORIAL I found.. I embossed the acetate for the windows with a CB folder. I used a MSpunch for the two squares and several Nellie Snellen dies for the rest. I made quite a few mistakes which I have tried to hide with embellishments. I put a battery operated tea light inside..Loz I am linking this to Make-it-Monday#68 - any thing goes.

Tutorial for Box step Card

Ok. Here is my first and most likely last tutorial. Bear with me as I don't know how to do this..

LID- Cut a piece of CS 6 1/8 " X 6 1/8".

Score around all 4 sides 1"from edge.

Cut and trim flaps, fold in and glue or tape.

Set aside and decorate later.

Base Card- Cut piece of CS 17" X 5"

Score at 4", 8", 12",16", leaving a flap of 1"

Cut out 8 pieces of fancy paper 4 3/4 X 3 3/4"

Glue/tape all pieces to the outside and inside of card.

Boxes- Cut out 4 pieces of CS 5 3/4" X 5 3/4"

Score all pieces at 1"from all 4 sides.

Cut flaps and attach the same as the lid.

Decorate 3 sides of each box with paper or punched border.

Using strong Glue/Tape attach each box in layers on each panel until all 4 match up when folded..

Now decorate the lid and you are finished..

I saw a similar box on someones blog but there was no instructions so I have spent many hours making mistakes until I finally made it..The top CS corners were cut with a Nellie Snellen Multi Frame Die.. I will now have to hide the chocolates I put inside as I am on a diet..LOL..

I discovered a use for the tiny pieces left over from the punched squares but I recommend tweezers to pick them up as I had a devil of a time gluing them on...Loz
